Bob Seger
Bob Seger’s recorded output was never able to match his live performances with his two double live albums, “Live Bullet” from 1976 and “Nine Tonight” from 1981 being in my opinion his best releases.
The only studio album that comes close was his covers project from 1972 Smokin’ O.P.

Like Springsteen Seger was at his best when with his band, in his case The Silver Bullet Band.
